I’m a Ukrainian-born baker based in Yorkshire, where I now live and bake with my family.

My baking is shaped by where I come from and where I am now - combining Ukrainian influence, modern European patisserie, and the slower pace of life I’ve found in the UK.

After appearing on The Great British Bake Off, I wanted to find a meaningful way to share my baking more widely. That’s how the Cake Shed began - a small, personal space to bring handmade patisserie and cookies to people locally.

What started with the Cake Shed is now slowly growing into something more - from intimate events and collaborations to refined patisserie experiences inspired by hospitality, storytelling, and the idea of creating memorable moments around dessert.

The support I’ve received since then has meant more than I can say.

This is the next step, and I’m really grateful to be able to share it with you.
